Job Title: Warehouse Worker/Order Picker
Pay: $18/hr - $19/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Processing: Efficiently receive and verify incoming pick tickets, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Product Location: Utilize RF scanners to locate products within the warehouse, maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Inbound Shipments: Unload inbound shipments, check materials, and accurately receive items into our Prelude system. Label and store materials using barcode scanners.
- Cable Management: Prioritize and manage cable cut planning and processing, along with reporting scrap cable effectively.
- Order Routing: Identify and categorize orders (small parcel, full truckload, less than truckload, heavyweight air, will call/customer pickup) and direct them to the appropriate shipping areas.
- Shipping Procedures: Process packages through the small parcel shipping terminal, set up pickup appointments, and ensure all orders are loaded accurately and efficiently. Obtain necessary signatures and confirm will call orders.
- Loading Shipments: Manually load small parcel and truck shipments, ensuring safety and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods. Must be capable of bending and reaching overhead.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in warehouse operations is preferred, with a solid understanding of distribution center processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in picking and packing techniques, with familiarity in using RF scanners and materials handling equipment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read and write in English and understand basic math to facilitate effective communication and operations.
