Job Title: Warehouse Returns Associate
Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $18-$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm with overtime and weekends based upon workload. The earliest start time could be 6:00 am and the latest end time is 4:30 pm as well as no guarantee of hours

Warehouse Associate Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is a vital member of our logistics team, responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. Key responsibilities include executing Value Added Services (VAS) such as folding, ticketing, and bagging merchandise, as well as picking orders by retrieving products from shelves to fulfill customer requests. This role involves significant movement and physical activity during the picking process. Once items are selected, associates will meticulously pack merchandise into boxes, adhering to detailed procedures to ensure accuracy and quality. Additionally, Warehouse Associates may engage in other essential duties including cycle counting, processing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, sorting and palletizing products, and operating warehouse equipment. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Returns job description:
Inspect & identify the condition of product.
- 1st quality (Return active Inventory)
- Defective (Employee Sale)
- Trash (Dispose)
Steaming & folding of apparel units.
- Trainer will show specific technique of folding units to refurbished and have the appearance of coming straight from factory.
SKU identification
- Identify units’ appropriate SKU.
- Print MSRP ticket & attach with swift tacking to product.
Repackage product using various components.
- Different size bags & boxes
- Shoes boxes & tissue
- Hygiene swimsuit liners
Apply poly labels
- Confirmed MSRP ticket matches poly label on outside packaging.
Assign unit location
- Utilize inventory reporting system to manually write location on post it note & attach to unit.
Sort product back into tote by floor level location
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Experience with Value Added Services (VAS) such as folding, ticketing, and bagging merchandise is a plus.
- Background in inventory control or cycle counting is beneficial.
- Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to follow step-by-step procedures for packing and processing merchandise.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 35 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Capability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance.
