Job Title: Warehouse Production Worker
Location: South Renton, WA (near Ikea)
Pay: $18-$18/hr
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Warehouse Production Worker Position Summary:
The Warehouse Production Worker at our manufacturing company plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the production process. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assembling components, operating machinery, and packaging finished goods for distribution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and adhere to quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and product handling.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability and punctuality in attendance and performance.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing work demands.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
