Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Potential OT on Weekends)

Warehouse Packaging Associate Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is an essential part of our production and logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customized packaging for high-profile sports and concert events. This position involves the careful packaging, labeling, sorting, and shipping of printed materials such as vinyl banners, mesh backdrops, large-format posters, and event signage. Associates will work closely with print production staff to prepare finished products for delivery, using both manual techniques and semi-automated equipment.

Key tasks include:

• Folding, rolling, or boxing printed materials based on customer specifications.

• Picking, packing, and labeling orders with a high degree of accuracy.

• Inspecting banners and posters for quality, alignment, and print defects.

• Organizing outbound shipments and loading trucks for delivery.

• Assisting with materials handling such as receiving blank stock rolls and packaging supplies.

• Maintaining inventory of packaging materials and consumables.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, print shop, or production packaging environment preferred.

• Familiarity with handling large or delicate printed materials is a strong plus.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.

• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 40 lbs.

• Comfortable working around large-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment (no operation required, but proximity awareness is key).

• Ability to follow specific packing instructions for event-critical deliveries.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.

• Comfortable using basic computer systems or barcode scanners.

• Team-player attitude with a strong sense of urgency and pride in craftsmanship.
