Job Title: Warehouse Associate - ECOM Packer

Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $18-$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm with overtime and weekends based upon workload.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of our distribution process. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as assisting with receiving and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. This role requires consistent teamwork, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred but is not required

• Ability to meet accuracy, speed, and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with physical tasks: frequently lifting up to 35–50 lbs, bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, standing/moving for long periods

• Able to walk significant distances during the shift and work in variable temperatures

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality, efficient work

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to be a team player
