Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries
- Act as a personal assistant to the team, handling administrative tasks
- Transcribe and file important documents
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Use Google Suite for email, document creation, and collaboration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
