Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $24 - $25.50/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Summary of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk Position:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk verifies and keeps records of incoming/outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipment, compares identifying information and counts of incoming/outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Two (2) years of related shipping & receiving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating a forklift is required
• High energy and the ability to effectively manage time to complete all assigned tasks.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products with a focus on proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level. ERP experience will be a plus.
• Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic mathematical ability with or without a calculator (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• A positive attitude with the willingness to accept changing responsibilities.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and have excellent attendance.
