Position: Recruiter / Account Manager
Location: Auburn, WA. (This is NOT a remote position)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overtime as needed.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE) + Bonuses
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Generous PTO, 401(k) with company match

Position Summary:
As a Recruiter / Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by generating new business, onboarding clients, developing recruitment strategies, and effectively matching job seekers with the right opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience
• Previous experience in account management or sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
• Strong and effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates innovation, flexibility, and creativity in sales & recruiting efforts
• Successful track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies
• Experience maintaining a strong pipeline of high potential clients / candidates
• Ability to multi-task and manage your workload in a rapidly changing environment
• Possess strong skills in judgment, reasoning ability, and root-cause problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
