Local food production company celebrated for high-quality products and commitment to excellence is currently seeking experienced Production Workers/Machine Operators to join our dedicated team and help us maintain our high standards of operational excellence.
Job Title: Production Worker/Machine Operator
Location: Renton, WA
Pay: $19 - $22/hr (DOE)
Available Shifts: Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM, OR 2 PM - 10:30 PM, OR 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (required).
- Experience operating high-speed manufacturing, printing, or packaging equipment (preferred).
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards (preferred).
- Previous lead or management experience in a production setting (preferred).
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with machine maintenance (preferred).
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and inspection techniques.
- Awareness of workplace safety standards and practices.
- Basic understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic math skills for measuring and recording production data.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
