Position: Production Worker/Assistant Machine Operator
Location: Renton, WA

Starting Pay Rate: $24.30 - $24.30/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (4 x 10)

Position Summary:

As a Production Worker, you will begin your career in our corrugated box manufacturing plant as an Assistant Operator or Material Handler. In this foundational role, you will support the production process by ensuring materials are available and organized, assisting with equipment setup, and coordinating inventory flow. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us meet our customers' needs while providing you with a clear path for advancement into machine operation and other skilled roles.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Assist in the setup and operation of machinery under the guidance of experienced operators.

•    Handle and organize raw materials and finished products to ensure efficient production flow.

•    Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock.

•    Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

•    Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

•    Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

•    Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is a plus, but not required.

•    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

•    Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

•    MUST have reliable transportation. This site is NOT bus accessible!
