Location: Tukwila, WA
Pay: $22.00 - $22.00 per hour
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Potential OT on Weekends)
** Training will be scheduled 12:00pm - 8:30pm for the first couple weeks **

Production Associate Position Summary

The Production Associate is a key member of the packaging and production team, ensuring that large-format printed products are handled with care and prepared for timely delivery to high-profile sports and entertainment events. This role involves assisting with the finishing, packaging, labeling, and staging of oversized vinyl banners, posters, mesh backdrops, and event signage. Associates will work closely with print operators and CNC cutter and router machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Folding, rolling, and boxing large printed materials based on client specifications.

• Picking, packing, and labeling orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Inspecting banners, posters, and signage for print quality, alignment, and defects.

• Organizing outgoing shipments and assisting with truck loading.

• Receiving and staging raw materials such as blank stock rolls and packaging supplies.

• Tracking and replenishing packaging materials and consumables as needed.

• Assisting production staff with handling large-format prints during finishing stages.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, print shop, or production packaging environment preferred.

• Familiarity with handling oversized or delicate printed materials is highly valued.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs.

• Comfortable working near large-format printing and finishing equipment.

• Ability to follow detailed packaging and shipping instructions.

• Strong basic math skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Reliable team-player mindset with urgency and pride in work quality.
