Position: Door & Millwork Shop Production Supervisor
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $25–$30/hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
This is a key leadership role overseeing daily shop operations for door and millwork production. As a working supervisor, you’ll lead by example—operating equipment, coaching your team, and managing workflow to meet quality and productivity goals.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in door manufacturing, a deep understanding of millwork processes, and a proactive approach to team leadership and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in door manufacturing or millwork.
- Strong working knowledge of door shop equipment and processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documents.
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with inventory management and production tracking.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and shop scheduling software (preferred).
- Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
