Kent, Washington | Full-Time | $24.00 - $32.00/hr (DOE)

Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Rep, you'll be the go-to resource for customers, dealers, and the sales team, providing exceptional service and support through phone and email communications. Using Salesforce, M3, and other business systems, you'll manage orders, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and a genuine passion for helping customers and supporting team success.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, inside sales support, or order management experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, M3, or similar CRM/ERP systems is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a true customer-first mindset
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone presence
