Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $29 - $31/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of processing, packaging, and facility-related equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of AC and DC motors, VFD drives, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to effectively perform preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability.
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical blueprints, electrical schematic drawings, and PLC logic diagrams.
• Relevant trade or technical school training preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally using proper techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
