New Era Staffing is currently hiring Food Production/Packaging Workers for our client's facility in Auburn, WA. Join our team and be a part of the exciting food production industry.
Position: Food Production/Packaging Worker
Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $18 - $19.50/hr ($1.50/hr shift differential for sanitation work)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Summary:
The Food Production/Packaging Worker will be responsible for working on a production line to pack and palletize finished goods. This role also involves sanitation work in the production area to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Job Requirements
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Previous experience in food production or packaging preferred
- Ability to work efficiently on a production line
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving product
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in a food production environment
