New Era Staffing is hiring immediately for an Entry Level Warehouse Associate position at a high-volume Coffee Distribution Facility for the shipping department located in Renton, WA. Location: Renton, WA
Pay: $20.00 – $20.00 per hour
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring coffee products are accurately prepared for distribution. This position focuses on the application and removal of product labels, palletizing goods for shipment, and maintaining order accuracy in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Tasks Include:

• Applying and removing labels from boxes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Palletizing cases of coffee products according to distribution standards.

• Shrink-wrapping and staging pallets for outbound shipments.

• Assisting with unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments.

• Following warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.

• Supporting the team with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct labeling and order accuracy.

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-player mindset with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
