Local distribution company is seeking an experienced and motivated Claims Coordinator to join the team.
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $50,000-$50,000 per year
Schedules Available: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Claims Coordinator Position Summary:
The Internal Claims Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating internal claims processes within the organization. This role specifically focuses on handling internal information. The individual in this position plays a crucial role in ensuring that internal claims are processed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Other duties in claims handling may be assigned as necessary.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Receive, review, and process internal claims submitted by employees or internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim documentation.
- Work closely with relevant departments to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Documentation and Record-keeping.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all internal claims.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of internal claims data.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather required information for claims resolution.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on claim status and resolution timelines.
- Act as a liaison between different departments involved in the claims process.
