Position Title: Human Resource Representative
Location: Tacoma, WA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25 - $30/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, PTO, and Sick Pay
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Human Resources Representative to join our in-office team in Tacoma, WA. This full-time role is central to the success of our HR department, managing front-line functions that support both compliance and culture. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the organization — guiding employees through key HR processes, ensuring safety protocols are upheld, and offering Spanish/English translation support to bridge communication across the workforce.
This is a people-focused role that combines administrative precision with human connection. You’ll work closely with HR leadership, employees, and external partners, making sure our workplace remains safe, supportive, and inclusive.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of prior Human Resources experience in a similar support or generalist role
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
- Prior experience with HRIS systems is required; ADP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to assist with ATS implementation and other HR technology tools
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to communicate across all levels and backgrounds
- High standards of confidentiality and compliance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proven ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and adapt to shifting demands with enthusiasm
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365
