- Job Title: Assistant Machine Operators
- Location: Renton, WA
- Pay: $21-$24/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5 am - 3:30 pm (due to the location and schedule, it is NOT bus accessible)

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Machine Operators to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the operation of various machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Machine Operator in setting up and operating machinery according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor machine malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to the Machine Operator or Supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
