Location: Tukwila, WA
Pay: $28 - $30/hr (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Position Summary:
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering accurate price quotations, assisting with troubleshooting, and managing product returns. You will work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service in the AEROSPACE industry.
- Associate's degree or technical training is a PLUS!
- Strong technical competence in electrical applications is a plus.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
