Job Title: Account Representative / Order Entry Specialist
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a liaison between the company and a large key account (primarily via email correspondence)
• Enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and double-check order information to ensure correctness
• Process billing for completed orders
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers
• Support production and accounting teams with order-related documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in order entry, account support, or administrative roles
• Strong written communication skills (email-based communication is essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to recognize small numerical differences and prevent data entry errors
• Experience with billing or invoicing processes (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with standard office software and data systems
